- Public business filings and registrations, corporate websites and press releases, professional directories, trade-show and event materials released for business networking, licensed data partners under contract, and our own verification research. We collect professional information only: name, title, business email, business phone, company details.
- How we keep it accurate
- Every record is checked before delivery: email validation, phone confirmation, and human review where automation isn’t conclusive. Records are re-verified at least once every 12 months, and anything we can’t confirm is removed. That’s how we back a 97% accuracy guarantee with free replacement of bad records within 60 days.
- What we don’t collect
- No patient or medical records, no consumer financial data, no information about children. Healthcare data covers professional details of practitioners and organizations only, such as specialty, practice, and NPI.
- Opt-out and suppression
- Anyone can ask to be removed from our database at any time. We honor every request, add the person to a permanent suppression list so they aren’t re-added from another source, and confirm by email.
- Privacy rights requests
- California residents can make CCPA/CPRA requests, and people in the EEA or UK can exercise GDPR rights, by emailing [email protected]. We verify identity and respond within the period the law requires (30 days under GDPR).
- Security
- Lists are delivered through encrypted transfer and password-protected files. Access to our database is limited to staff who need it for their work.
- Your responsibilities as a client
